The short version: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking, and loads no third-party content into your browser. The only time you share personal data with us is if you choose to write to us using the contact form.
This site is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. When you visit, the hosting infrastructure automatically processes technically necessary access data in server log files: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page or file requested, the referring URL, and your browser/operating-system identifier.
This processing is necessary to deliver the site to you reliably and securely. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website). Microsoft acts as our processor under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Where data is processed on Microsoft infrastructure outside the EU (e.g. the United States), those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you use the contact form, we process the data you enter — your name, email address, an optional project/subject line, and your message — for the sole purpose of receiving and responding to your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (taking steps at your request prior to a possible engagement) and/or Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Your message is transmitted and delivered to our inbox via Microsoft Azure Communication Services, a processor acting on our behalf, and arrives at info@veridianstudios.com.
We store this data only as the resulting email in our mailbox and keep it until your enquiry has been dealt with, after which it is deleted — unless statutory retention periods (e.g. under commercial or tax law) require us to keep it longer. The form includes a hidden anti-spam ("honeypot") field that legitimate visitors never see or fill in; it is used only to discard automated submissions.
This website sets no cookies and uses no local storage for tracking, no web analytics, no advertising networks, no social-media plugins, and no external fonts or content-delivery networks. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie-consent banner is required.
